HR Assessment – Using a state-of-the-art web based tool we work in collaboration with our clients to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of current HR compliance and employment related practices, processes and procedures. The outcome of the assessment is a report highlighting areas in which the client is doing well and a prioritized list of recommended action items. Examples of project-based deliverables include:

We have found that many clients require support ranging from 4 – 40 hours per month. Summit Advisory Group provides flexible retainer based options.
