Summit Advisory Group LLC is looking for experienced Human Resources consultants to join our team and work on challenging and rewarding projects or assignments in a broad range of HR functional areas including, but not limited to: HR Processes, Compliance and Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management, Organizational Development and Training, Management and Employee Coaching, Benefits Administration, and Occupational Safety & Health Administration.
Projects and/or assignments are client specific. Examples include conducting HR Assessments, developing Employee Handbooks and Policy & Procedure Manuals, designing performance management processes and appraisal forms, conducting training on a wide variety of topics, development and implementation of customized compensation programs and incentive plans, management coaching, and providing HR Hotline support to clients, as well as providing on-site retained HR support.
We invest the time to understand the culture and core values of our clients and work in a collaborative fashion to scope the project and provide a consultant with the appropriate skill set.
